Wailea has internationally-acclaimed condo complexes built on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Both Wailea and Makena properties include condos on the beach and on the beautifully-manicured fairways. Kapalua and Kaanapali resorts on West Maui have many condo developments on the shore, and sprinkled among the world-class golf courses. Upcountry is zoned agricultural, and here you will find horses and cattle, farms and vegetables. Building restrictions do not permit condo developments in this region, but Pukalani is an exception.
