Both Male and Female must be 18 years of age and single. 2. Valid Photo Identification is required for both bride and groom. (Driver's License is adequate identification or Passport for non-US citizens). Must obtain a marriage license from the State of Hawaii. There are several Marriage License Agents on the Big Island whom can issue your license. Please note that most of them are not open on weekends or state and local holidays. We will be happy to make your appointment for you.
