Ele ele Naioea This is a popular dryland taro prized for luau leaves and it's red poi. Uahiapele A darkly colored taro of a purple/grey hue, this variety is both beautiful and tasty. Bun Long Introduced from China, this taro has a relatively low acridity and is popular for luau leaves and taro chips.
