Current Event: NWHI 2005 Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program (RAMP) From September through October 6th 2005, the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) Ship Hi`ialakai ("embracing pathways to the sea," pictured to left), will be conducting reef assessment and monitoring in the Northwestern Hawaiian Island.
