All you need to do is complete the application, bring a valid picture ID, be 18 or over, and pay $60 in cash. There may be an additional $5 agent fee. We suggest that you pay the extra $10 fee to rush the processing of the license following your wedding day. This will make it easier for you to proceed with the name change process on your personal documents soon after your wedding.
