Booking information The full amount for your accommdations is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept Visa, and Mastercard. There is a $15 booking fee for all our homes and cottages. Reservations are held with full amount of the stay paid in advance. Payments can be made by money order, casheirs check or personal checks.Personal checks must be received within one week of phone confirmation. There's a $40.00 cleaning fee for one night stays only. Cancellations made: 30+days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee. 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment. No refunds or cancellations accepted during the following blackout periods: February 12-16, Easter weekend-April30, July 1-7, and the 3rd weekend of July, November 23-30, December 15-January 2.
