Cons: Small bathroom, slow elevators, $14 for parking, not enough electrical outlets I've stayed here on two occasions for business travel and we've also used their facilities for conferences. Traveled here in August 2003, Loved this hotel, we booked through a travel site and were upgraded to an Ocean view for free upon arrival. The view of Diamond head is captivating! The hotel has undergone a huge renovation in 2001 and it is just beautiful. At night the torches light the beach beneath you and it is on the quieter side of Waikiki so it isn't as crazy as downtown sometimes gets. In my opinion it is a safer area too, at least it felt that way. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect for little ones because of the man-made barrier.
