All this for under $5. The macaroni salad is to die for, btw, and I have been known to order huge party plates of it, along with party plates of shortribs, to bring to pot-lucks. The Loco Moco is for the big eaters - two huge hamburger patties over rice, with lots of gravy, fried eggs on top and mac salad on the side. Yep, its Hawaiian alright!
