Passengers booked on the Hawaii cruise will get a full refund of charges and a free Celebrity cruise of 10 days or less to be used within a year. Travel agents will get a $50 commission for rebooking a customer. Celebrity Cruises' parent Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. said the cancellation would cause a 3- to 4-cent decrease in the company's earnings.
