Payments can be made by money order, casheirs check or personal checks.Personal checks must be received within one week of phone confirmation. There's a $40.00 cleaning fee for one night stays only. Cancellations made: 30+days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee. 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment. No refunds or cancellations accepted during the following blackout periods: February 12-16, Easter weekend-April30, July 1-7, and the 3rd weekend of July, November 23-30, December 15-January 2.
